Chapter 5 released!

Changelog:

- Added chapter 5.

- New sprite for a new character by HenryFDA

- Fixed grammar and punctuation errors (thanks Datpoodlenoodled & pantaelaman!)

- Added new UI elements (namebox, textbox & choice buttons) from Renrains's - GUI Kit.

- Adjusted main menu layout by adding game logo by Datpoodlenoodled to the menu and removing "DemoRelentless" from bottom right. 

Now only the version of the build is displayed in bottom left.

The game is still a "demo" - this is purely due to UI and story not being finished and polished
